I've mounted the cd and can read off of it. Permissions for a
particular file look like
-rwxr-xr-x 901 root size Install
Yet when I type ./Install from that directory as root, I get
permission denied. What gives? I have no idea where to look.

I have found that rawrite2 worked best when i ran it from the directory
where the files i wanted copied lived.
d:\wher\rawrite2\is\rawrite2 -f file.nam -d a:
There were other useful parameters; but I have forgotten them.

The original almost included I'm trying to install debian 1.1. I should

I'm up to a buslogic (flashpoint) which I thought was supported. An
adaptec2940u which won't even boot dos (on my box)(I still wonder if
I just wasn't cramming it into the slot mean enough) but work
