I wanted to thank everyone for the help on the "Debian Installation Issues"
thread. I got the installer to start up through some fiddling around with
settings that were discussed. I am actually not 100% sure which solution
solved the problem, but I am glad it worked out!

I tried to rewrite the file, but it still did not work correctly. I don't

64-bit Windows 10 PC. I have shrunk the main C drive by 25 gbs, and turned
off fast boot. I downloaded the AMD-64 small CD iso, and used win32 disk
