Did you download it from one of the mirrors? Which one?
Did you scan the PC you downloaded it to?
Can you mount the iso Image and scan it?
Is you burning software an official version?
Setup.exe? Is that really a Debian file?

I installed the 64b squeeze yesterday and all went well.
I do have a problem though with the sources.list / apt-get function.
