also get the .debs from a repository, in this
case, the install CD. basedebs.tar is composed by the .debs needed to
install the base system, which .debs can be taken from the CD too.

l desktop isn't really handy :)
Maybe some hacking around xmodmap, map some other key combination? (I
admit, I'm not really sure how xmodmap works, it's just an idea. Hope it
