I setting up a linux system to be a router and want to do static and dynamic NAT with a pool of public IPs (as opposed to masquerading with one IP). I'm using 2.2.18 kernel. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks, Bill

telnetd slow to respond

I'm having difficulty telnetting into my system. It appears that I get a connection right away, but it takes a long time to receive the login prompt and often I don't receive a prompt at all. Any advice would be appreciated. Bill
