All DVD video disk don't mount automatically. Can't be mounted manually.
Detected as Blank DVD-RW disk (which is not true).
My system is upgraded. Running i386 Etch in AMD 64 CPU.

I encountered following program in one of the Linux Howtos. This calculates
the value of pai. But how does it do this? I am not asking the programming
details, but on what theory the formula is based on. Can anybody help? Is

When DNS server is running (as a daemon), telnet and ftp to that server
does not work properly. It gets connected but nothing is seen on the remote

I have two pcs at home with net-work cards, PC-A & PC-B. In PC-A there is
no CDROM drive, I installed Debian Linux base from floppies. In order to
make room for Linux, I had to get rid of Windows 95 at PC-A, but I have
kept DOS6.22 & Windows3.1. Now, I can't connect to my Win95 PC-B using
