Power down fails, when iternal Intel Graphics Card activated.
As a solution - external graphics card.

At first, sorry for my English.
When i 'halt' my computer it freezes after 'Power down' message in
FrameBuffer console.
RC-levels works properly. After that:
- stopping md-devices;
- lvm devices
- system try to switch ACPI-level.
Helps only hardware power-off.
