OS: Bullseye, fully updated.
Problem: When logged in Simplified Chinese locale, the date and time are
shown in English. They are correctly shown in Chinese characters in Ubuntu
20.04.
Yesterday I had good luck with LibreCAD, did a nice drawing without any
trouble; today, however, I failed to install REDUCE-algebra, because
there is no version for ARM. I tried to get the source and compile it
myself, but that meant installing Subversion, and they don't have an ARM
