the message. IE, right now TBird is displayed on the desktop from the laptop

I'm using a debian box with a 2.4.27 kernel.
I just picked up a hosting a/c and want to connect with putty. I can
do it fine from my win32 box using putty following the instructions
given by the host provider and also to some other remote machines
where I have an a/c.

deleted a 17GB error log, df does not report that space as usable. Is
there some process I need to start after deletion to actually recover
that space?

someone gave me ab audio lecture file in ra format. I can listen to it with
the realplayer viewer/listener. Can I convert it to mplayer format
