I tried zope 2.6.1 deb binary downloaded from the zope website but could
not get to the manage page. Has anyone had any success in setting up zope
on woody, and if so, any words of wisdom would be
greatly appreciated.

After a kernel recompile (the first time I forgot to enable ACPI), the
SCSI modules won't load. The scsi module were all compiled as modules -
a configuration that did work before.

install cups. You can configure your printer via webinterface.
In worst case you must download a ppd-file.
I just entered your printer an cups in google.
So just install cupsd (apt-get install cups ) and have a look at

I have fixed the modem volume problem. The answers is all the while in the
.inf file in Windows.
The VIA686a error message could be due to overheating. I run the machine
without the chassis cover and it has behaved well now. Need more runtime to
