I was wondering how to contact the persons choosing the options for
compiling the PHP modules for apache (perhaps the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is more relevant).
I would like to tell those persons to please add the --enable-dbx option
in the compile command.

Yes, it's the default, along with USE_OE=no (So OE is disabled) and the
default ipsec.conf includes the no-oe.conf.
