the only reason, why I disabled parallel builds for this package
is the frequent build failures due to insufficient RAM on build
servers.
This program requires around 2GB Ram/Thread because of
templates, Boost and meta-programming. I can try to reenable
parallel builds just to check, w

I see parallel builds were disabled because it caused build failures
in some cases (#805032). Usually the problem is lack of dependencies
in the makefiles. It'd be good to either fix that and re-enable
parallel builds, or to disable parallel
