In order to be possible to drop the transitional package ftgl-dev, the packages
depending on it have to migrate first.
Please move the build-depends on ftgl-dev to libftgl-dev.
Additionally, as per #75018
!sh4" with "!sh3 !sh4" in libgmp10.symbols:
