I am updating ruby-faraday to 0.15.4 and it's reverse dependency,
ruby-oauth2 seems to be failing a test with ruby-faraday 0.15.4.
I tried patching ruby-oauth2 but I seem to be missing something.

While updating rails to 5.2.2.1, I found out that there are some test
failures but the package still builds fine.
Not only that, even the autopkgtest works fine. There are no test failures
there.
There are test failures in sbuild, only. But not affecting the build status
(which is successful

I have fixed the regression and thus the bug caused by rails.
The tests are now passing and the package now is good to go.
Since this is blocking rails, requesting you to please review and upload
