Uploaded ruby-wikicloth just now.
* Fixed so tests run during build.
* Checked copyright for all sample documents and added links to the Wikipedia
pages (as stated in the text re-use instructions).
* Repackage tarball to remove non-dfsg free wikipedia logo.
* Bumped gem2deb version and Stan
