purpose. This is because one of the recently added tests requires
'puppet', yet puppet itself strictly depends on 1.8.
Once puppet itself is using alternatives and 1.9.1 we can turn it back on.

vs Syck) - while Syck was accepting the default YAML shipped by hiera,
Psych was not .. at least now 'hiera' itself seems to work flawlessly on
