Hi,
Is there any update for this issue
evant and more useful for real world users, so it's likely
this need will surface again in the future.
I plan to upload the most recent upstream release for jruby 1.7.x this
weekend and fix all remaining RC bugs, unless there is an objection or
some unexpected blocker.

As you say, right now it doesn't have an inmmediate use case in Debian
but expect to run this software from workstation deployed with Debian
so I think
particular this package's testing machinery depends on vcr and webmock
so I have to disable that.
