I've updated ruby-childprocess to build wil gem2deb >=0.3.0.
I am listed as an uploader, but for some reasons, the DM-Upload-Allowed
flag was not set.
Here is the changelog:

They both build fine with pbuilder and are lintian clean.

* Added myself as uploader.
* Build depend on gem2deb >= 0.3.0.
* Bump standards version to 3.9.3 (no changes needed).
