ebtables update for wheezy

Hello, Several days ago, I uploaded a new ebtables package for review on mentors.debian.net; Bart Martens is my mentor for this package (he already approved a package from me). He suggested me to ask debian-release team for a possible pre-approval for wheezy since the upload is fixing "safe bugs"
