I would like to fix #806909 in jessie. It has been reported by different
people upstream, in Ubuntu, and now in Debian as well, so the impact
seems to be at least modera
I had the versioning scheme for LTS wrong. I'll update the version in
the comment to 1.8.46+squeeze.1 + change the version in the dpkg
comparison for wheezy to 1.8.46+squeeze.99.
