I've just pushed a few changes to the "wb" tool:
* The expansion of "ALL" in architecture lists is now distribution
specific and includes all architectures for the given distribution; this
means that for unstable it now includes hurd-i386.

it seems to me that mips is holding up KDE 4.3.4 to migrate into testing since
a long time
