apache2 2.2.3-4+etch1 contains regression

Hi, if there is still enough time before etch r1 release, I could upload a fix for #430386 (init script not working correctly for sh != bash). If apache hangs for some reason, this would lead to the logrotate script never terminating. So it would be nice to have this fixed, but IMHO it is not
