Gail transition close to ready for testing; please hint

Hi, I think the libgail17 -> libgail18 transition should be close to ready for transitionning to testing; not sure what's really blocking it, so please add a hint (I think it's an "easy" hint?) for this group of sources in unstable: eel2/2.18.0.1-2 gail/1.18.0-2 ghex/2.8.2-3 gnome-med

apache2 2.2.3-4+etch1 contains regression

Hi, if there is still enough time before etch r1 release, I could upload a fix for #430386 (init script not working correctly for sh != bash). If apache hangs for some reason, this would lead to the logrotate script never terminating. So it would be nice to have this fixed, but IMHO it is not
