the last upload of iso-codes (0.53-1, frozen because of a udeb) has been in
unstable for 10 days. If the D-I team has no objections, it could be hinted
into testing now.

version of ICU with an soname bump. Other than a message from the
boost maintainer that he would be tracking ICU and would upload a new
