Some days after my notice torrent tracks went to work.
But I'm waiting for firmware-10.12.0-i386-netinst.iso since then, and no
client shares data to download. It remains "Downloading 0%".
How does first client get first data from tracker?

In "bt-*" directories there are *.torrent files, but these are unusable
because bittorrent tracker responds "torrent not found" for any torrent
file of Debian 10.12

The next point release for "buster" (10.12) is scheduled for Saturday,
March 26th. Processing of new uploads into buster-proposed-updates will
be frozen during the preceding weekend.
