Please unblock system-config-printer and gksu

Hi, please consider unblocking system-config-printer for lenny. It only contains dependency adjustments, one of which is clearly RC (although not reported as such). system-config-printer (1.0.0-4) unstable; urgency=low . * Require desktop-file-utils 0.13. Closes: #499382, thanks Tom Parker.
