So just using an SMP kernel should also work?

Who is not sensible? Did you read the thread about this? I offered to
help with my maschine and said from the beginning that is is only a
C100. Peter and Lucas told me to build a chroot and try some builds
because I think they were considering my offer. Now when I present the
results, you tell me t

How about being a little bit sensible? a C100 will *never* be suitable
as a buildd host. Your offer is certainly gene

The kernel build succeded after 71 hours.
I know the the c100 is really slow. But if it can help as a buildd host
please let me know.
What do I have to do to establish and configure it as a buildd

I've already offered countless times (it's in the m-l archive) to
provide buildd power from the ESIEE cluster (see

A c100 is _really_ slow and probably wouldn't be able to keep up as a
buildd.
It _might_ have more luck in building some things because of the difference

Is it able to boot recent kernels successfully? Can it build ruby1.9
successfully, without dying, in an up-to-date sid chroot? Ca
Hi,
while discussing the state of our infrastructure among some members of DSA
and the security team we once more realized how badly hppa was doing. First
concerns about this architecture were raised at least half a year ago, and it
doesn't appear as if we are any closer to resolving them. It do
