Dear release team,

there is an annoying non-free file in emboss, and resolving that
problem delays my other works on this package.

Please remove emboss and the packages that depend on it from Testing
now, as I do not want to hinder the libpng transition.

(Just in case you wonder, that this file contains only data, so it can
be argued that it is not copyrightable and therefore not non-free.
And we anyway have permission to distribute it.  For that reason, I do
not think that action would be needed for Stable).

I don't know what the status of this is, but let's track it as usual
through possible RC bugs on the package instead of a specific RM bug
here.  You might want to fix the 'found' versions for 694908 if it
affects wheezy though, currently the BTS thinks that bug is sid only.
