we're half-way done: exiv2 and its binNMUs migrated during the just
finished britney run (through just urgenting exiv2 and gexiv2)! Full
status below.

- geeqie/sparc is still marked as Building; pinged the admin, might be
a dying build(d).
- gexiv2 needs decrufting: libgexiv2-0 libgexiv2-0-dbg have to go away;
