transition from buster -> bullseye. Make the package tpm2-abrmd
and tpm2-pkcs11 needs to build against the latest libtpm2-tss.

strange things happened in python 2.4.4-3. But
it is solved now.
I've also rebuild it on qemu-system-arm with latest Debian unstable and
it builds well.
