Hi,
the sip packages have been updated recently to better support binNMU on
ABI breakages by new sip versions (which happen quite frequently). I've
sent instructions on how to port packages to the new dependency scheme
to the maintainers of all of sip's rdepends, but probably
Hi,
qscintilla2 needs to be rebuild against the latest python-qt4 (except on
amd64): please schedule the following binNMU:
nmu qscintilla2_2.4.3-1 . ALL -amd64 -m 'Rebuild against PyQt 4.7.3'

python-sip4),
since sip 4.10 introduces a new ABI, again. However, dependencies of
sip-based packages are now on the virtual sip-abi-x.y (currently, 7.0)
packages, which is provided by python-sip and can be added to a
package's dependencies via ${sip:Depends} and dh_sip. python-qt{3,4} and
qscintilla2 in experimental already use this.

Hi,
I'll fix it in the next upload. Whether or not this is an RC depends on
how many systems still have python2.3 inst
package is rather small anyway.

Hi,
well, the changes are minimal and they don't affect anything else apart
from the usability of applications *using* python-opengl, so I don't see
why not. I could also package the new release, beta6.
