Please allow gcc-4.3-doc-non-dfsg 4.3.2.nf1-1 into lenny

2008-10-12 Thread Nikita V. Youshchenko
Hello. Please allow gcc-4.3-doc-non-dfsg 4.3.2.nf1-1 into lenny. This version was created per request of debian gcc maintainer when he decided to push gcc-4.3.2 into lenny. It includes documentation for gcc-4.3.2 (which is the version of gcc currently in lenny). Version of gcc-4.3-doc-non-dfsg

Is it possible to allow libetpan 0.54-4 into lenny

2008-10-12 Thread Nikita V. Youshchenko
Hello. Is it possible to allow libetpan 0.54-4 into lenny? The only difference between 0.54-3 and 0.54-4 is an one-line fix for a bug #498790. That bug causes crash of programs that use the library (normally, mail cleints). Fix is suggested by bug reporter, and is approved by library upstream

Good to have dpatch 2.0.30 in lenny because of README.source

2008-09-07 Thread Nikita V. Youshchenko
[Note: I am not the maintainer of dpatch] Hi Policy 3.8.0 requires packages that use any patch systems to provide README.source file. In case of packages using dpatch, good way to provide that information is to reference /usr/share/doc/dpatch/README.source.gz file provided by dpatch package.

Soname-changing libetpan upload request

Hello > Also, please don't do any shlib bumps anymore, unless coordinated with > the release team. I'm maintaining libetpan library package, that has two reverse-depends in debian (etpan-ng and sylpheed-claws-gtk2). Recently upstream released a new version, libetpan 0.48, that changed soname.
