~35 packages have been successfully uploaded to unstable, including
containerd, docker.io, etcd, and libpod.
* siretart and zhsj have been working on containerd, packaging a few
new dependencies and getting its autopkgtest passing again.

For the past ~4 days the testing excuses for golang-google-genproto
has said that it would attempt migration to testing, but that hasn't
happened yet. Is something else stuck, or somewhere I could look to see
why it hasn't migrated yet?
