The default conffile /etc/dictd/dict.conf uses "server dict.org", which

This is a notable problem with some current testing packages
I'm preparing a new release of tktable, to fix 368795. I still don't
know the best way of naming the packages. The filename, as built by
the upstream, is libTktable2.9.so, without a soname and without any
symlinks.
My intent for the most recent upload was:

The etch rc release policy [0] says, regarding log files:
"they shouldn't fail if the package is removed-but-not-purged"
But I can't parse that; what is "they" ?
