Apparently there was no transition package that would have pulled in
libsasl2-modules-gssapi-mit (the package that now provides this
functionality). Should we provide the transition

made, just in case.

the postfix code, and all the conditional code was compiled in. I fail
to see the mistake.
Is this due to a broken compiler?
