According to https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/gnat-8.html,
the transition is almost completed.
polyorb and spark are orphaned and removed from testing.
Other gcc versions should probably be exceptions, allowed to build
with gcc-7 until it is fully removed.
What should we do to
