Hi,
The package slim, after a long "I don't care", is still packaged and
available for debian stable. The latest concern about this package was
about two-three voices to throw it out of the archive. Seems I need to
bitch about that fact otherwise it will still be available for many
years.

gdebi does not permit to install .deb files via graphical
user interface (gdebi-gtk) because of an unimplented option
(--always-ask-pass) passed to gksu, as you can see in bug #493352.
Removing
I forgot to add that you need to binNMU apache2-mpm-itk after apache2
has been accepted in s-p-u. (But there is no need to wait with the
binNMU for all apache2 builds. The apache2-src package is sufficient.)
