vtk built with ccache

Hi, Release team: VTK's build environment is recorded in /usr/lib/vtk-5.2/VTKBuildSettings.cmake which is subsequently used for building code that links with VTK. VTK on amd64 seems to have been built with ccache, and this will cause build failures on all rdeps that don't build-depend on ccache.

Please remove gringotts from testing
