Hi. Bill and I believe the popcon package in unstable should migrate
into testing. It is mostly a i18n update, with a few minor updates to
make the server part more up-to-date and avoid a edge case problem.

I'd like to pop in because, unlike what you state in the bug report,
this issue affects Debian, so it should be addressed if possible,

I've just recieved a bug from a user regarding the fact that the Symfony
package in testing can't be used for anything other than maintaining a
current codebase that uses symfony. It can't currently create a new
project, which I believe that people should be able to.
