Howdy release wranglers - lsb 3.2-12 needs to migrate into testing; it
fixed a nasty reversed test bug that has been lurking around in the
lsb init-functions for a while (#478871). The bug not only breaks
some init scripts, it also breaks our LSB 3.2 compliance.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

unblock dhc

Andreas Barth asked me to summarize the differences between my "rebuild
infrastructure" and the Debian buildds, since some of the differences
could be pushed to the Debian buildds. I'm reporting them here, as I'm
not sure if there's a better place for that.
