I would like to update libgpod in unstable. This would include both
a soname change and a -dev package name change.
Luckily the list of packages affected is pretty small (but the packages
on it are somewhat big ;)

This is part of the loop-aes transition I announced.
I do see from the PTS that loop-aes-modules may be stuck for a bit as the
recently built hppa packages depend on things not yet ready to migrate.
