3.0 and boot-floppies

Anthony, boot-floppies 3.0.23 is pretty much ready for release I think, but I'd like to wait on you to let me know its ok to upload it. As you know it can take up to 2 weeks for all the arches to sync. OTOH, I don't think it's all that critical if some arches are on 3.0.22 and some on 3.0.23 for 3
