Okay. I've fixed this. I had uploaded the new version, but the
automatic installer kept rejecting the upload because some of the later
pcmcia-modules* packages for the newer kernels

The source upload for pcmcia-{cs,source,modules}_3.1.8-12 is missing.
At this moment we have kernels in 2.2.15pre20 without any pcmcia
modules. That is *not* a good state of affairs.
This must be resolve prior to a test cycle.

We need to get 2.2.13 uploaded and in the archive. I seem to remember
we had 2-4 days from start of test cycle for the "settle and sync"
time. If we don't have that time, we'll need it -- at least 48 hours
to burn 2.2.13 source and all arches to upload.
This is RC for i386 at least.

There are known problems with modconf (configuration of modules fails).

We'd like to get boot-floppies 2.2.13 in. I'm not sure if they will
make it up today, though.
