the package qt3d5-dev should include this file; but
# dpkg-query -L qt3d5-dev | grep Qt53DExtrasConfig.cmake
doesn't have it.
We do not ship the Qt 3D Extras module because it is considered
unstable
by upstream. Quoting from [1]:
This module is under development and is subject to change.

We will ship it again once upstream declares it stable.
