This still happens with systemd 208-1 from experimental and systemd 204-10.
On selecting hibernation in KDE SC 4.12.3 Kickoff menu it locks the screen
first
and then opens a dialog asking me for confirmation for hibernation.
With my user hat on I just don´t care whose fault it is, it is

makes plasma-pa uninstallable in the development versions of Debian and

Okay. As far as I understand this is about Qt 5.11 compatibility. Qt
5.12.5 will likely land in Debian soon as far as I am aware.
