I had okular fail at printing for myself, too. I ran okular from an
xterm and noticed that it output this to stderr when I tried to print:

I just encountered this bug too. Downloaded and opened .deb file and
then data.tar.gz within that. Then closed the .deb file -> crash.

Yeah it seems rather strange. I was not very sure on where to post the bug but
I believe that libmarble is depending on phonon, and ultimately phonon is the
one trying to pull in the non existing packag
