Hi,
in the package kdelibs-data the /etc/kderc file is present (its a
symlink), this is not very nice since that means it becomes impossible to
have another version of KDE running on the same machine.
KDE allows multiple versions by using the KDEDI

The patch has been included in KDE CVS some 2 months ago, and it will
thus be fixed in KDE 3.2.

Looking on http://packages.qa.debian.org/kdebase, it says that
kdebase is still orphaned. the page for kdelibs has correct
information about this list maintaining it and such. Does anyone know
