The conflict was caused by a build of libqt-mt.so.3.3.1 which was
installed by some "in development" software.
This bug can now be closed, sorry for the inconvenience.

1) did relogin to kde after upgrade?
2) from what versions of kde* and libqt3c102-mt did you upgrade from?
