I can confirm this. Never used kwallet before, tried yesterday and,
although I created a wallet successfully, it freezes when accessing it
after pressing ok on the password dialog.

centericq, links, hexcurse, bastet,...and every this app is displayed
nice in gnome-terminal, xterm, etc.
