I found out the reason and a workaround to fix it, but I think it's a bug nonetheless: gnupg-agent isn't run at kde runtime, maybe because it's considered to be too unstable? I resolved the issue by following the howto at "http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html";. Thanks, Thomas --
