Bug#530696: kdebase-runtime depends on exactly one icon theme

Package: kdebase-runtime Version: 4:4.2.2-1 kdebase-runtime depends on kde-icons-oxygen, disallowing any other (e.g. smaller-on-disk) icon themes from being installed instead (they must be installed in addition to oxygen theme). I consider this an "important" bug, as the oxygen theme is about 86MB
